No. Most of our clients start with zero experience. We build from the fundamentals up, at your pace.

Only if you want to. Sessions are tailored to your goals. If you want pad work and technique — that's what you get. If you want to spar — we'll build up to that safely.

Boxing gloves and hand wraps. If you're doing Muay Thai, shin guards too. Don't have equipment? We'll help you get set up before your first session.

Absolutely. Fight training is one of the most effective full-body workouts there is. Many of our clients train for fitness, stress relief, and confidence — not competition.
